Perigee Moon

Untitled_Panorama1So this may not be the most exciting thing to read about, but I think it’s pretty sweet. The full moon was perigee which means this is the time that its closest to the earth and to top it off it was a honey moon. A honey moon usually occurs around this time of year because of the path the moon takes. It was such a surprise to look over my shoulder and see the last of the evening light and I had to find a way to capture it all in one image. Although I have some good shots of just the moon when it was rising, I felt more accomplished about making this panorama of the sunset and the moon.
